Take a deep breath and exhale
Then smile a deep felt smile
And tell yourself
How blessed you are
Just to be alive

I’m alive, I exist
Life’s blessings are for me
It’s time for my awakening
It’s time for me to see
The isness that exists
Around me and within
To transcend this reality and
For a new life to begin

Where you’re present
In the moment
Your preconceptions gone away
Just say, I am being, I’m divine
And I’m here to stay

My presence is eternal
My joys are now fulfilled
For my petty squabbling’s over
I’m at peace and still

Inside me I know peace
For I found it on the day
I became detached
From this world and all its ways

The illusion which persists
In this so called reality
Diverts the human mind
So forget it and be free

I’m alive!
Just say it
Let your soul feel the peace
Know your presence here’s eternal
For then you’ll find release
